You get alot of houres and okay pay there are a lot of young employees there and most of them make the job work environment bad and management favors the bad workers butthere is some good workers and management and they try to balance things out

Pros- Diverse Career- 19+ years with CAH, 9 different roles, with 5 different businesses/segmentsDiversity and Inclusion- CAH has provided domestic partner benfits since 2003. They are inclusive and support employees with the expectation that you should be able to bring 100% of yourself to work . Cons- Market Leadership- large company that struggles to be the innovative leader, but we are trying. Reorganizations- CAH reorgs constantly, it is a challenge to execute.
