If you were in charge, what would you do to make Cardinal Health a better place to work?
First get a new management team. Second hire more capable employees who want to work and fire those that don't and lastly give recognition to those who overachieve in the form of more money, flexible time off and" verbal acknowledgemen" so people know their hard work is recognized
I am working for 10 years in Cardinal IN MIAMI FLORIDA Shipping,Receiving and LOSDING MY OPINION IS A VERYYY A GOOD COMPANY AND EXCELENT BENEFIT
What would you suggest Cardinal Health management do to prevent others from leaving?
1265 south river road they need to flush out management team and get director and supervisor that actual know what cardinalhealth stands for. The director they have now dt know nothing about the employee because she is knew but take whatever comment the supervisor gives her about worker. Disrespect has cause a lot of good and hard working employee to quit HR/ Ohio need to do a proper investigation of who and what is causing so much employee to walk off the job.
The manager an the associate manager don't have the balls to stop or care to stop the harassment that goes on. All they worry about is getting there does out. They lose a lot of good people.
First the recruiter will contact you and ask you questions like are you able to get to the location. Next you get a phone screen from management asking about your experience and the next step is a tour of the location and more questions about work history. After a successful hire you take a hair test to complete the process.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Cardinal Health? What are the steps along the way?
Last year 2016, I went to 2 site visits, one was a tour like work overview then I had a extensive phone interview the Regional Manager and did not hear anything at all. Would appreciated if I was contacted via phone.
