Here in south jersey , work hours are 230-11 but don’t forget about mandatory overtime lasting til 4 AM more than once a week. If you are 18 this place is great .... enough said

When they do fall on hard times ( like when you have 4 to 6 people out daily and have an increased work load ), tell people what is going on. I know we worked together for many years; now it is management separate from eemployees .

Extremely difficult for 'business' personnel to move up or around the company. While CAH offers several networking events, mentoring options, etc., it truly is Who You Know. H.R. reps are not available to grow your career, it is up to the individual. However, w/ a company that large, it's impossible to know all of the opportunities you may be missing.

Last year 2016, I went to 2 site visits, one was a tour like work overview then I had a extensive phone interview the Regional Manager and did not hear anything at all. Would appreciated if I was contacted via phone.

Good amount of pto starting, and insurance is alright. Raises are hit and miss, and based on a review system with a few areas that when reviewed you can not influence. Do not come here if you want or need work life balance, your at the mercy of the customer.

Very mismanaged. Don’t seem to care about employee questions or concerns or ideas about issues within the workplace. Current production supervisor is rude and disrespectful to employees at times. Management want production quickly but will not quickly hire assembly help for the production floors. Feels like we are constantly chasing our tails. There are in a big hole and the dirt is filling in on top very quickly..
