I left because I was never good enough to make rate. I was also a full time student and working there full time. I left after two weeks due to coworkers literally talking behind my back. Didn’t matter if you were in front of them or not. They would say it loud and proud. Management was a joke. Not my first experience in a factory, but this was the worst of the ones i’ve Worked for. It’s very stressful and you won’t ever be up to par with what the supervisors want. Avoid this place if you value your sanity. I’d work in fast food over this place.

Very mismanaged. Don’t seem to care about employee questions or concerns or ideas about issues within the workplace. Current production supervisor is rude and disrespectful to employees at times. Management want production quickly but will not quickly hire assembly help for the production floors. Feels like we are constantly chasing our tails. There are in a big hole and the dirt is filling in on top very quickly..
