The company had its annual reduction in workforce by eliminating positions and/or outsourcing jobs. Management makes Cardinal Health look like the ideal place to work from the outside; don't be fooled by this, especially during your interview. Everything changes behind their four walls when you work for them.

Last year 2016, I went to 2 site visits, one was a tour like work overview then I had a extensive phone interview the Regional Manager and did not hear anything at all. Would appreciated if I was contacted via phone.

Good amount of pto starting, and insurance is alright. Raises are hit and miss, and based on a review system with a few areas that when reviewed you can not influence. Do not come here if you want or need work life balance, your at the mercy of the customer.

Very mismanaged. Don’t seem to care about employee questions or concerns or ideas about issues within the workplace. Current production supervisor is rude and disrespectful to employees at times. Management want production quickly but will not quickly hire assembly help for the production floors. Feels like we are constantly chasing our tails. There are in a big hole and the dirt is filling in on top very quickly..
