12hr shifts. 7a-7p for days 12hr shifts 7p-7a for nights. Rotating shifts... 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off. Really bad work schedule. Hard to schedule around. Long term employees are leavening due to this schedule and are completely blind as to why they are leaving. Shifts are really understaffed and have been since rotating shifts started and it’s seems management really isn’t concerned about it. Just work the current staff they have to death and only allow employees use their vacation when management wants them to use it. Very mismanaged location. One big mess!!
