I have seen people quit because of haveing to work OT! LOL, I am at Cardinal Health to make money! If they want me to work 60 hours a week and pay me for 80+40 hrs OT at 22.5 an hour I LOVE IT. Started 5 days ago Nd the other 3 people that started with me are gone because they realized that it is rare to.be finished before 8 hrs shift. Good riddence more work and more money for me.

Money is wasted on overtime. If they manage the team properly, no overtime would be needed. Some employees are using the company to get more money working overtime by not getting the job done on purpose. Shame on cardinal health

12hr shifts. 7a-7p for days 12hr shifts 7p-7a for nights. Rotating shifts... 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off. Really bad work schedule. Hard to schedule around. Long term employees are leavening due to this schedule and are completely blind as to why they are leaving. Shifts are really understaffed and have been since rotating shifts started and it’s seems management really isn’t concerned about it. Just work the current staff they have to death and only allow employees use their vacation when management wants them to use it. Very mismanaged location. One big mess!!
