Not all plans have to improve only some to improve especially CardinalHelth Solon Ohio and Twinsburg Ohio plants need to take the steps to improve . These plants do not have system or management like working hours of warehouse employees! Need to manage Holiday in the Thanksgiving day and the day after thanksgiving day. But some plants are well managed .

Train your supervisors how to be supervisors. Working in a place where your supervisor looks like he is either at the beach with his feet propped up on the desk or showing favoritism should not be tolerated

When they do fall on hard times ( like when you have 4 to 6 people out daily and have an increased work load ), tell people what is going on. I know we worked together for many years; now it is management separate from eemployees .

Take classes in compassion for their employees. The management only cares about numbers, employees don't matter. They treat their employees like slaves.

I worked for Cardinal Health for 14 years and the last 3 years were a nightmare. The management does not care about their employees, all they care about is numbers and efficency, employees Do Not Matter. They work you to death they are severely under staffed. This place is great if you have NO LIFE

Get rid of rotating shift work. There is no work/life balance and management could care less. Not just on site management but corporate management don’t seems to care about work/life balance either.
