Extremely difficult for 'business' personnel to move up or around the company. While CAH offers several networking events, mentoring options, etc., it truly is Who You Know. H.R. reps are not available to grow your career, it is up to the individual. However, w/ a company that large, it's impossible to know all of the opportunities you may be missing.

I left because I was never good enough to make rate. I was also a full time student and working there full time. I left after two weeks due to coworkers literally talking behind my back. Didn’t matter if you were in front of them or not. They would say it loud and proud. Management was a joke. Not my first experience in a factory, but this was the worst of the ones i’ve Worked for. It’s very stressful and you won’t ever be up to par with what the supervisors want. Avoid this place if you value your sanity. I’d work in fast food over this place.

You only can get 4 points and they roll off once a year i have 4 kids and a single parent. I think points should roll off every 3 or 6 months. Management sucks everyone have their picks. And compliance wire training needs to go bc we dont have time to do them on a 15 min break and 20 min lunch. Greenwood sc

The management shows favoritism to Hispanics at the plant I worked in. I was a floor person and had to do my job plus another floor persons job because that person would be walking around doing training for other Hispanics that could not read or speak English. Same person could work all the overtime he wanted while others are told there is no more overtime.
