Loved working there good pay , friendly place

I loved working there it was a great team I had . But they closed all the customer service sites to move to Arkansas and Kentucky and was a total disaster they fired the vp in charge. Other than that I loved working there.

Avoid unless you plan to be a cog

Firstly, the pay and opportunity for raises is horrible. Raises are yearly and 3% maximum. With current inflation, you are making less money every year. There is no negotiations when receiving your salary and if you opt in to receive their expensive benefits you'll notice you're salary deminish quickly. Management is kind of rough, they aren't really there to support you and know you're replaceable, but they are good at acting as if they care. If you don't agree with "woke" culture, make sure you avoid Cardinal. They will constantly feed you equality and diversity to an extreme which I find excessive. Vaccine mandate is enforced, exemptions are hard but possible.

I wouldn’t come work here If I was you.

So far almost 4 months working here and I’m about to leave. Management is constantly breathing on your neck about your numbers which I’d say 40% of time you have no control over because of different factors, you never know what time you’ll be getting off, people quit all the time, that’s why they always have job postings here on indeed, huge red flag..! They care more about quantity than quality.
