Production management
Written by Assembly Technician 1 (Former Employee) from New Brighton, MN on November 21, 2017
Recently we have had a lot of change in management in production such as a new supervisor who monitors when we use the bathroom and we are not allowed to talk to anyone per our team leads request. The company is great for its PTO and benefits but that's about it. The morale has significantly lowered due to all of the major changes. I left because the - more ... cons outweighed the pros. It's unfortunate but I would choose my sanity over not having any freedom. If you do decide to work here the best thing to do is to keep to yourself. - less
ProsAwesome benefits and PTO
ConsVery controlling environment with micromanaging leads and supervisors
