Try to improve work locations outside of the main office by providing more space so that care managers and supervisors aren’t sitting on top of each other (not everyone wants to work from home it’s called work). Very hard to work effectively if everyone is talking non-stop.

As far as care management goes, Care Design is extremely inflexible and continually changes the rules as the company progresses. It is not family or employee friendly. You must work between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Even then people were getting reprimanded for too frequently working at 7am. We were originally told that we’d be working from home as needed. Now, they’ll fire you if they find out you’re making phone calls from the convenience of your home after hours. I quit and began working for a better CCO which actually seems to understand what our job is and that families desire flexibility as do the care managers. I would recommend Care Design to no one.

Hi,
I sent my resume directly to HR in addition to applying via Indeed. I was contacted the next day to set up a screening call. Following that, I was told that I would be contacted by the hiring manager to have a phone interview before the end of that week (screen call was a Tuesday). I got the call before the end of the day Friday to set up a time the following week to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager went well and the H.M. stated that I would definitely hear within 2 weeks. The following week I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. Interview and face to face was amazing. Offered the position the next day. I have to say, this process was awesome solely because the employer was responsive and kept to their word. Many do not and you may or may not hear back. I think that it means a lot to have the feedback, so the fact that they stuck to their word and called/emailed when they said they would was fantastic. Best of luck!

You receive paid time off which can be used for sick. You also have NYC Sick hours that can be used as well.
