Try to improve work locations outside of the main office by providing more space so that care managers and supervisors aren’t sitting on top of each other (not everyone wants to work from home it’s called work). Very hard to work effectively if everyone is talking non-stop.
Honor your employees that worked hard and left because of the hardships that were going on within the organization.
Realistic deadlines and timeframes , better software(medisked can be a challenge)
