Work & Life Balance

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Sterling, VA
on January 28, 2019
Flexible Schedule
Great Flexible Schedule however, the management there is difficult and lack any medical experience and knowledge which has been a struggle for staff. Otherwise It's a fairly laid back work environment.
Medical Assistant in Hendersonville, Tennessee

Over worked and under payed. Extremely stressful work environment. Employees are not held at same standard. Some employees do half the work as others, show up late, leave early, and sit on their phones without reprimand. 12 hour shifts are more like 13-14. Lunch breaks are few and far between. High turnover. Basically, don’t work here.
Patient Representative in william d tate

I started at the front desk and was put thru the training for xray tech a year later. Very patient with learning all the roles. Very fast paced and have to deal with rude patients alot. The better you did at your job you were never considered for better roles as they did not want to lose you in the current position.
Center Manager in Las Vegas, NV

I loved working here but upper leadership needs a makeover! They pay ok but for the amount of work I deserved more. No work life balance as a manager of the clinic
Radiologic Technologist in Missouri
on March 29, 2021
If you like 12 hour shifts, that is the one bonus of working here. Many times there are only three people in the building providing care. Even when the day is fully staffed, there is a total of 4 people taking care of the enormous volume of patients. There is the Front Desk person, the Provider, the Medical Assistant and X-Ray Tech. Most of the time, there is either an MA or a Rad Tech. It is grossly understaffed even when considered fully staffed, it is highly stressful, and the patients can get very angry due to wait times. That anger usually comes out on the staff, not administration for poor staffing. I worked with some great people but it would take a threat of starvation or homelessness to ever work at CareNow or Urgent Care at all for that matter again.
