Update your inadequate software. You are driving the workers AND Athe clients insane. It is THE most user unfriendly platform you could possibly employ. You're terminating people for not understanding your antiquated software. Really disturbing and thoroughly unprofessional.

Develop a process to prevent clients from so, so simply getting a provider removed. Please at least find out if the provider has filed a child protective services investigation request before removing the provider from the site and maybe find a way for providers to petition to be reactivated; if for example, the child is removed from the home after a child protective services investigation. If you answer this question, please let me know if possible.

EVERYONE DESERVES A CHANCE !!!! You should ALWAYS follow through with a potential employee/possible team member after the complete hiring process.....(background check may show something u may not want to see......but it may not be entirely true on that specific person)...!!! You should always enquire within.
