Well for one you need to raise the pay rate, stop ripping people out of their money, unblock your website and make sure whoever is doing what that day they get what they are supposed to be doing and employers contact info at least 2 days prior to when they have to be there so they can contact their employer and get all the information they need so they can be prepared and ready to start on the day they are supposed to.And why in the world aren't you charging the clients instead of the employee cause the clients are the ones that are needing help. I suppose the employees and the ones needing help finding a job but if it's as bad what your former employees are saying then I wouldn't even try to get a job through care.com and I would make sure I pass my judgement and opinion on to my other colleagues plus let them read what I have been reading.Did you know by law you are committing highway robbery. You are practically stealing other people's money from them when you charge them the outstanding fees you are charging them just to get a job.And that's if half the people that put in for a job with you guys get a response back.Plus you are also not charging your clients for care.com services and that in it's self is a crime.Because you are charging your employees but not your clients. Now does that make any sense at all.NO IT DOESN'T.You are lucky that your clients are decent people and not money hungry people as your selves cause each one of them would get a big sum from a very big lawsuit. And your lucky I'm a decent person myself or I would just turn you in to the state for the way you do your employees just so they can get the money back that you stole from them and more for their time, stress and troubles

Change your website back to the way it was maybe a year. Let the people see your number or website instead of blocking it.

Your basic background inspection used to be free and the monthly fee of $20 as well as paying for credits to apply for housekeeping positions. Thumbtack only charges less than $10 for a basic background inspection, and monthly fee. I was a featured housekeeper on Care.com for about 5 years until they started charging for the basic background inspection as well as charging for the credits, and monthly membership fees on top of the credits. Thumbtack only charges credits to bid on jobs. Uts for those reasons I moved on to Thumbtack.com
