This is a scam I paid for a month NOT ONE JOB
I've been a caregiver/teacher for almost 20 years. There is a lot of information that could be collected from families to help clarify expectations for both parties. Also, I would love to be able to give my review of a family. Caregivers aren't the only ones that should get rated.
U didn't leave Care com they left me. U worked through them for near seven yrs. When I finished my commitment to .my family U wanted to renew my membership and get my background check. They refused me. I've had good relationships with my employers and highly experienced. Yet there are couples in my area that are waiting to find a good nanny and Care.com is doing them a great disservice. Let them decide if they want someone who just fell into the job or someone who has 30+ yrs experience? Don't do this to your nannies they are the center of your business.
Don't require jobseekers to upgrade/pay to allow jobposters to send you messages.
I would suggest they have a portion of job posting that states if a family requires a certain commitment. Ex. In need of a nanny that can provide care for my children for _______ months/years.
