What is the quota and has anyone ever been terminated due to not meeting quota?
Yes, there are quotas, esp for enrollment, retention, outbound calling, from outdated recirculated leads. Very few news leads. Because of their lawsuits. Yet they vla they are not a sales organization so they don’t have to pay bonuses.

And a sub par summer party filled with nasty fattening food the the CEO didn’t eat, and stupid games. Same party every year. Sad excuse for a company. No raises in 2018. They spent it on upgrading the building in Schaumburg which still stinks everyday.
What would you suggest Career Education Corporation management do to prevent others from leaving?
Stop letting the Middle Management run the show. AIU employees came to CTU set up shop to preserve their jobs. It’s their world and everyone else is a casualty of war. They monopolized CTU with lies and deceit. Fire them all they are corrupt. They love to set up minorities, and bully them and even cuss at them. They do nothing but act like they work and take off a lot. Real management needs to pop up on them. Truth will set your company on a new and better path. Call old employees and get feed back!
Turnover is high because the company structure is such that it only seeks to keep employees long enough to help them survive, they literally suck the life from the employees and throw them away. The average employee stays 3 years but I didn’t experience that it was more like 3 to 9 months. Goals are only achievable if the like you. They don’t like most minorities. Only pretend to them talk about them in managers meetings.

Poor Management (liars and selfish)
Bias / Unprofessional staff
Robot Syndrome / cookie cutter culture
Same Old Routine
No bonus for hard work / threats of job termination

I left of my own free will. I couldn’t keep enrolling students in a college that was unethical, bias and greedy. They provide the worst online platform and charge to much. I was also harassed.
In person interviews with managers and then observation. They sit you with people they like to get their opinion. Don’t pull out your phone at all. And be quiet, just listen.
