What would you suggest Career Education Corporation management do to prevent others from leaving?

Stop letting the Middle Management run the show. AIU employees came to CTU set up shop to preserve their jobs. It’s their world and everyone else is a casualty of war. They monopolized CTU with lies and deceit. Fire them all they are corrupt. They love to set up minorities, and bully them and even cuss at them. They do nothing but act like they work and take off a lot. Real management needs to pop up on them. Truth will set your company on a new and better path. Call old employees and get feed back!

Retrain employees and stop letting supervisors new to the job bully people. Hire a new trainer in the Chicago office since she’s here all the time.

I was there for quite a while more than a decade and I will have to say middle management would need to be moved because what they do isn't right they always want to meet their number but they have to understand they're not in the trenches and what they were doing was years ago and some of them have never even been on the phone so they don't know so that's a lack of continuity with lower management with in fact all employees so the entire middle management would need to be replaced and people from lower management and those that were on the phone and understand how it truly is that way they can set expectations for the board and said expectations for the president so they really know what they're dealing with they just had to give back 500 million because of what I'm talking about

Pay employees fairly.
