The work is extremely fast paced, especially on the weekend at Guthrie, where there is only 2 security staff on duty to watch 248 trainees.

Performance Based contract - high demands of time, energy, and personal sacrifice in order to achieve the necessary goals. It is for a good cause - but not necessarily for an optimal operator. CSD is full of favoritism and if you want to work your way up - the leadership of the company must personally like you - regardless of your skills and talents.
