Supportive Management

Comany is very flexible, offers a great work life balance, supporting of families with young children and the needs that arise. Additionally, the management team is willing to spend money to make money by purchasing new tools needed in this industry. This allows the recruiting team to remain competitve in the market.

They didn't make me fill out a ton of paperwork during our first meeting and offer empty promises of finding me a job. And my first and only assignment paid more than any job I had ever had.

Great company to work for

Can work 8 hours a day. My skills have grown since I have been here. Learning new tasks is a great reward. I can take on any Administrative position from HR Assistant, Engineering Assistant, Warranty or even BOM's to a general clerical job because of all the different contract jobs I have worked in.

Not Willing To Assist As Recruiters

I would not recommend going through Career Transitions for a temporary position. The recruiters they have working there are very uppity and think that they’re above you. Don’t ask too many questions, they’ll get annoyed of you very quickly. They tell you to ask them for help or advice, yet when you come to them for guidance, they turn a blind eye. Instead of giving you actual advice and insight, they tell you they would need 1 week in advance if you plan to leave your assignment. Poor recruiter ethics and lack of communication mannerisms.

Thank you for the comment. As a contractor on assignment, circumstances at the customer can change rapidly affecting the assignment. Individual performance can also affect the assignment too. Our records don't show a "Customer Service Associate" contract assignment in "Grand Rapids, MI". Feel free to reach out to a management team member to discuss.

Good for temporary assignments only

They Always say they have tons of positions available yet each time you call they only give you 1 or 2. You have to call constantly to find out the status of your submissions. You sit and wait and wait for responses. And you spend most of your time talking to voicemail They may tell you it will go permanent and almost always does not.

This was a temperary job.

I liked the people I worked with. I started inputting invoices. When the person came back that I was filling in for, They had me redesign the filing cabinets.

One of the better staffing agencies

Career Transitions is above all, one of the better staffing agencies I have had the privilege of working with. They focus on finding you a career, not just a temporary position.

Good

Worked one temporary job through this company. Pay was good, benefits not so good. Very food at trying to match you up with jobs that fit skill set.
