the company from an outside looking in is great, happy and family oriented and it all can be. the down sides however I feel outweigh the up sides, the company has shown the main priorities are cash flow, how much money is the company making off of the employees, as an employee I don't feel as though we or our families are taken into consideration especially during this COVID-19 epidemic. the work environment is little difficult to work in, its very loud and disruptive. I feel as though my supervisors are racially bias.

Imagine being backhanded several times a day, 5 days a week. That will be your life if you work for this company. Management does not value their employees. The slackers get no punishment for not doing their jobs, in fact the slackers are the ones getting promotions, and the hard workers get no recognition and are pretty much left in the trenches to keep shoveling chit that management caused. Management will lie to you repeatedly, change their stories around, then make you look like the bad guy when you bring it up.

I left the company due to a decline in culture. Some of the management need to learn how to treat people with respect. They claim to have values but they don't walk the walk, after witnessing HR mistreat individuals and don't address it. Low pay for the work you do with no raises. The benefits at the company are not good.

When you arrive at this company they make you feel at home. Departments work well together and they truly want you to succeed. Many companies talk about their values but you rarely see them demonstrated. CareGard not only talks about them but you see a demonstration of them on a daily basis. Everyone from the top down are there for you to contribute to your success. It is a busy environment as the company has a lot going on as they continue to grow, but you have the structure in place to accomplish the tasks required.

Left the company after witnessing a decline in culture. Little opportunity to advance in the small business and when you do, just a small raise in pay with no additional benefits. Health insurance plans offered are bad. Witnessed employees being harassed by HR and Managment.
