This Company loves not only their staff but genuinely loves their clients. At any given day I could call with a problem and be certain that their would be confidence that would clients would be made happy.

Management has such an attitude problem and they push you constantly even after you give them your availability. Just go somewhere else. The pay is super low and honestly not livable.

The entire place has no organization and the girl who answers the phones is so rude and fights with the clients. I left due to poor management, resources, and pay. I had trouble clocking in countless times and they weren’t trying to pay me for my hours. You’re severely underpaid there and a check does nothing for you. Please save yourself.

Overall, I love my job. I absolutely love working with my client. Her and I get along so well. We are always laughing, joking around, and telling each other funny stories. There are times I find myself not wanting to leave. The only issues I have with the company itself are that they don't communicate very well, with aides or clients. When they pay you for an hour when you show up and your client isn't there, it was not stated that it is far less than what your hourly rate is, same with trainings. All other companies in this field that I have worked for have another aide with you on your first day with someone new to you, to kind of show you the ropes and what not. This company does not. They give you a name and address and a list of tasks, that not all apply to that particular client. They do not have a designated spot in the home for a care plan...if thats what you want to call what they have. All other care plans I've dealt with are full binders with all the information in that you need about the client, including likes and dislikes, there's is literally a sheet of paper. Other than all that....its a decent company to work for.
