They use a script when talking to the patient so they don't want you working from home they want to make sure you are reading your line right!

Due to HIPAA regulations, there is no working from home. Like most health care companies, CareHarmony must maintain the security of patient health information.

They don't want you to work from home because they want to be present to hear you lie to the clients to make sure you doing it the way they want you to

No. Due to HIPAA regs and PHI restrictions, no one works from home to ensure the overall safety of the patients private information. Additionally, working together in the office provides for a support system for the clinical and non-clinical staff to utilize when trying to best meet the needs of the patients.
