Toxic like someone else said. I’ve never seen more drama and pettiness in my life and the patients are usually the ones who suffer because instead of solving their problems and doing their job they would rather worry about watching to make sure other people are doing their job

The culture is good. For the most part, I am left to care for my patients. I have support as needed and my co-workers are amazing. The owners spend a lot of time trying to find great people for our team and it shows. Some of the nurses around me are truly amazing women. It's still somewhat early in my career, but I'm thrilled to be working next to these women.

The culture is very supportive. When I was sick and had to be out for multiple days, my supervisor and coworkers covered for me. I felt no pressure that I would lose my job or be demoted. I know that they have done this for new employees too.
