What is the best part of working at the company?Flexibility & great support fro back office staff.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Just getting to a facility abs learning the facility botched things up- unknown supervisor on duty, incorrect start time etc…. Which impacts your entire work flow.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Fast, Get moving!! Office staff very supportive.. nurse appreciation-various incentive programs.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Straight forward, dane all faculties just done or ran slightly different.

A lot of times you don’t get paid. They are very rude at facilities and don’t explain anything or explain where anything is at like any supplies or break rooms they also don’t explain anything about the patients a lot of the times they just have you figure it out they cancel last minute. A lot of times they canceled on me last minute not even an hour and I get there and they do not Compensate me for my time. Which is very unfair.

What is the best part of working at the company?The best part is when you have submitted your timecard say 7 or 8 times and one day a month or so later you finally get paid.Now that's something to celebrate.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The same as the best part.Getting paid.Ive never once gotten paid in less than a week.Most often 30 days plus.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Unknown.Ive never been there.,It's very secretive.Everything goes through ,"The Team"What is a typical day like for you at the company?Get to my place of employment.put on a hard day of work knowing I won't see my payment for weeks

Overall Good Company-lazy co-workers though

The harder you work, the more they pile on. Other Care Advisors were neglectful to their members-causing several escalations and more work for the people who did their job. I liked the management & support. They need to improve their training program.

I love working here I just wish they had more job openings in my area. I love the flexibility of having my own schedule clock in and out whenever I want to get paid within 2 to 3 days. I’m looking to transfer to a new location soon and I’m excited that I’ll be able to transfer with them.

Great in terms of "working when you want", however you are responsible for looking for clients. They have "staffing coordinators" but they suck at it, they ask for preferences but never adhere to them, if you want work nearby they send you available jobs hours away sometimes in remote areas. They are hard to get in touch with and only respond through a robot chat. They are of zero help to you. The only two good things about this company are that you can learn new skills through virtual training, and you can negotiate pay with clients, even then it's not that great due to majority of clients that use the app only need a caregiver for one hour a week. There are better agencies if you do your research, skip this one.

You will not work for CareLinx. It is just a App that connects Caregivers with Insurance Clients or private pay. Your employer is the person you are caring for, CareLinx is not your Employer. You will be 1099 and pay your own taxes!The "Care Advisors" are incompetent and answer phones offshore...Phillipines,Thailand, Venezuela, Mexico...They are paid by insurance on behalf of the Client and pay you as little as possible. There are no benefits, no training, no perks and any customer service is useless.This is just a Housekeeping service for people with insurance and don't need a true personal Caregiver.
