Dont just focus on assisted living. You need to focus on Rehabilitation facilities like CareOne at Redstone in East Longmeadow, Ma. Especially with the Skilled facility expanding. Redstone needs some serious TLC. They also need better parking situations. Many family members complain.

Know what's going on in all your facilities, n care what management is doing to the exact people who provide personal care for your residents. Discrimination, retaliation, n not following rules, n regulations in black, n white!

Dealing with the elderly should be personal to your heart and soul and
Not only your packet you need find
Persons fully equipped to handle residents emotional needs and other wise some one that is courteous loving and caring and kind .
