rewarding job and amazing job to meet amazing clients
Private Duty Caregiver (Former Employee) – Asheville, NC – July 4, 2016
A typical day at CarePartners was different with every client each day. Each client is different and had different needs. For example I had to work every other Saturday with a client for 8 hours. He didn't need me to clean, just prepare his meals, and run errands for him. Whereas, on Wednesdays I was clean apartments for three different clients. I had an opportunity to sit and chat with some amazing elderly people. They have so much to tell us. The hardest part was not having consistent hours. Clients cancel, they try to reschedule. So you may get 40 hours one week, the next you may only get 28. I really appreciated how well management was ran. When I first started out there was so much to learn! Thankfully, my supervisors were very patient and talked me through every question I had.
When you have a client for awhile and you start noticing them to decline
