I would hire an outside candidate as the manager. This way they are coming in with an unbiased opinion. From there, the new manager can "clean up" the mess that the previous manager(s) created. I would also bring in team building activities that would unite the staff and make them work together as a TEAM. Teamwork makes the dream work!


Fast paced on an average day. Slow on off days.
