Cares is such a wonderful company to work for. From the owners, to the program specialists to the team leads all the way to every single VIP! It's a job yet feels more like a family! The owners know you by name and you get to experience so many different things and people and every single one makes you feel wanted!

Rewarding work, caring managers

The 2 mgrs I worked for were great! Working with the clients was rewarding. Every day was new and different with a variety of activities in the community. Daylight M-F schedule was nice. Owner gave nice perks through out the year. Uniform shirts, jackets. My favorite part was working with the clients and helping them succeed in their goals. Strongly recommend CARES of W PA.

Great place to make a difference

I love seeing the excitement in the individuals and work with every day. It makes work fun! The company really seems to value its employees and does a lot to show it. Great place to work!

There is a lot of community work so be ready to smile and have a good time with the VIPs. It’s good to maintain a positive attitude bc if you don’t it will affect how their day goes!
