Dangerously fast paced. Patients are scheduled every 15 minutes and they take walk in patients as well. Impossible to provide safe, quality care.

The staff is told up front that they will not get a raise. The only way to make more money is to get promoted to a higher paying position.
Providers get a raise every couple of years.
