The health assistants really cared about their patients.
Overall the company wasn't a terrible place to work even though it was a call center environment. Some days were stressful especially at the end of the month when management is pressuring you to meet certain goals. However, a lot of the people in upper management were friends, so it was difficult when you had an issue with a supervisor, and you followed - more... proper procedures to make a complaint, but nothing would get done because mgmt and HR were all friends or "had each others back".
