Casual dress, some departments seem happier or less stressed than others. Co workers are all great. Management is always available to talk to and are open to ideas.

Yes they have an attendance policy and they will do write ups on poor attendance.
No evaluations after 90 days.
Raises were very poor and came with no evaluation

There is not a salary range for any position in Caresync. Two people with the same background and education could make completely different amounts. One $12 an hour and one $16 an hour.
