Pay is set according to experience and is competitive. Additionally, there is a Merit Pay program that allows supervisors to increase pay based on the associate's productivity, initiative, positivity, teamwork, quality and dependability. Many associates get an increase in pay at 9 months instead of waiting for the one year mark.

We hope that helps answer the question about how much Merchandisers (Stockers) make.

Cargo Largo offers vacation days, personal days, five holidays and one floating holiday.

Vacation days are used for planned time off. Vacation accrual begins with your first paycheck and is based on your years of service. Personal days are provided for those times when "life happens" and begins accruing on your first paycheck. Personal days can be used for personal matters, illness and/or medical appointments. The Floating holiday is provided to associates to extend another observed holiday (e.g., the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years eve, etc.). All day off requests must be approved by the associate's immediate supervisor.

We hope this answers your question about sick leave.
