Give employees superior pay for making superior products it will make them feel appreciated it's long over due it will be an insult to pay 7.45 the lowest pay would be 11.50 with option to make more then it would be a GREAT PLACE to work

Do more advertising on major TV networks. Most of the time people don't realize that Carhartt has retail locations or that there is one in their area, so it doesn't help with traffic into the store.
