The union employees make it more difficult for everyone else because they are spoiled babies who spend the majority of their time worried about what everyone else is doing. It would be a much better place to work if it was non-union, company employees only

Terrible Sales management who want you to kiss up to them and follow them around all day escorting them to their meetings. One Director in particular is a big Brown Noser and he will do whatever he has to do to get a job done, including running over and hurting others. He acts as though he owns the company. BEWARE!

The on season for Carhartt is winter, so there is a lot of mandatory OT for several consecutive months. You also work with a lot of varying personalities. Navigating them is exhausting.
