The union employees make it more difficult for everyone else because they are spoiled babies who spend the majority of their time worried about what everyone else is doing. It would be a much better place to work if it was non-union, company employees only
Terrible Sales management who want you to kiss up to them and follow them around all day escorting them to their meetings. One Director in particular is a big Brown Noser and he will do whatever he has to do to get a job done, including running over and hurting others. He acts as though he owns the company. BEWARE!

Favoritism! Management can be very unfair and unaware of their actions that effects those who work under them.
Some upper manages. Heartless*
Carhatt as a whole the way things are changing.
Not knowing what to do. Every time an order was messed up the floor would get blamed when we were just doing what we were told. Lack of communication!

The on season for Carhartt is winter, so there is a lot of mandatory OT for several consecutive months. You also work with a lot of varying personalities. Navigating them is exhausting.
