My interview went great. In fact I never filled out an application or anything at all. They found my resume online and called me. I had an interview with unit director and after 30 or 40 mins he gave me a tour around the floor. At that point I knew I was hired. I received a phone call within I week.

Can take weeks to hear from HR, from there the process moves quickly starting with a phone interview, then an in-person interview, all behavioral questions, followed by an offer, then tons of paperwork, drug & background checks, orientation and finally a month or so later, you will actually start work.
