Be a manager! Manage and lead a team. Get out from behind your desk and find out the real issues. Confront problem people quickly and directly and nip the backstabbing. Make people accountable for poor performance and reward thise who go above and beyond. Managers depend on Clinical Team Leaders to run into their offices to tattle on their co workers. All managers need to learn servant leadership.

Actually show gratitude, give a bonus to stay competitive. More then 2%. It may sound greedy but carilion pays the bare minimum unless your Admin.
