Run run run! Snarky rude staff whi are on their cell phones CONSTANTLY! No team work at all. Harrasment toletated as well as bullying part of the everyday culture. No management.

Carilion doesn't care for their employees. You are just a body filling a position. The benefits are ridiculously high! You can't afford to live and have insurance working here if you have a family. They take over half of your check for insurance.
More than half of the people that work there are RUDE, cover for one another and stay on their cellular devices, especially the ER. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work for Carilion. I thought it would be a great place to work with many opportunities to grow. Boy was I wrong!
