All I can say is why? The low pay and employee and supervisor has so much drama? Sounds like the pay is too low and a very unprofessional place to work. Whenever I read these reviews, I'm too skeptical about even applying at a place like this. If it's that bad for the employees, must be worse on the residents. I won't apply there at all.

Well since they up the rent for residents every year, they can up the pay for employees as well so they don't seem so money hungry. What family can survive off of 8 bucks an hour?? Ridiculous.

Hire EXPERIENCED resident care RN's who can 1.Lead staff with dignity, support and respect.2.Employ a good teacher who rewards staff with small ego boosts and acknowledgement. A GOLD CNA PIN.Parking spot.Picture of staff on walls! Staff stay because of people in management who put them first in a building.Without happy staff you don't have a happy family. That is 100 times more work for the Administrator and RCD.Be careful who you hire.Hire in haste repent at leisure.

They tell you to treat the residents as if they were your parents or/and grandparents but all they care about is saving face...I'd like to see management have empathy for the residents as well as their employees. In fact...Management needs to improve and communicate about the good of the resident and not themselves

Raise the pay. Have more people on the floor....sometimes workers work more than one assignment and med techs in dementia care work two med carts and an assignment and have to do activities with the resident and PCA get paid $8/hr and med techs $9.50 which is ridiculous and they should be shut down
