Mostly great.

Mostly great to work at. Family-like atmosphere. The residents are amazing. Scheduling can be a bit chaotic at times. Could improve on communication.

Bad work environment

Toxic work environment. The bosses are not understanding of emergencies at all! Not to mention the patient care is so bad. If I were send a family member here i would be scared for them.

I would not recommend working there.

There is only one thing good about caring acers the residents .management is horrible go to them about about something but they don't do anything about it.

Healthy work environment

Caring Acres is the only nursing home I've worked at that feels like a home away from home. I LOVE the residents and my coworkers. Management never hesitates to step into help also. The Administrator has her CNA and was helping us get baths caught up because we had a call in! The nurses don't say, "That's not my job" and the DON and ADON don't say no when you go to them for help. Every job has rou...

Great place to work

Caring Acres was a great place to work. The management and staff were friendly. Every job has hard days but the management would at least help out when we were having a tough day. I would recommend this facility to other people
