Great clients that want to be there but are some that don’t and therefore don’t show up for appointments. If they don't show up you don’t get paid! Waste of time! Good place for super independent contractors!

Caring Community Counseling allows me to chose my own hours, working either from home via telehealth or in the office. Management and staff are supportive and encouraging, creating a family-like atmosphere in the office. I have worked both in the field and in the office since 2015 and have grown both personally and professionally during my time here.

The atmosphere and people at Caring Community Counseling are one of the biggest pluses. Training could be a little longer and more detailed to prevent errors.

My day is busy, but it flows smooth. I work in my passion so it feels good to be a part of such a passionate team. I love the company culture. they actually care about the staff.

Enjoyed much culture while there. Very family-like. The work was fine and made own schedule. I did not like the nursing home very much and would have preferred outpatient, which they had as well. I also had a bad experience with the supervisor assigned to me who was judgmental and harassing. When I complained and asked for help, they let her go. I felt supported and liked. The IT department was wonderful and would answer questions and fix things when we couldn't. The software was archaic and needed patience. It would also dump you for no reason. Notes were difficult and long.
