...be wary of any promises administration make to you. Preferred shifts and days available dont really matter and they'll call you constantly to cover shifts and then cut your hours on a whim.

When the people you employ higher and keep on people doing medications while doing dope and showing obvious signs of doing dope while working is it terrible facility it should be shut down

Nothing really just basically told me what days I could work and what I would be doing. Started the same day as my interview. Was not trained at all.

The residents can have mood swings where they hate you at times. They are also at the end of their lives so there is a very real chance that they could die or get very hurt while you are on shift and their personal stories can be heartbreaking.
