There's a lot of turnover there unless you're in the core group of people who've been here forever. Training is very poor with managers often giving you work to complete without telling you how things are usually done at Carley and then after the fact explaining how your work should be done the "Carley"aka their way. You can take a working lunch and only stay 8 hours vs. 8.5 or 9 hours, their benefits are ok if you purchase a few extra options
Lack of investment in their workers, they don't really care about creating a positive work environment, however they do try to by throwing nice lunches for the holidays.
