I’d replace every disgruntled floor trainer I could. I loved working here and respected my trainer too until he let me label 15-16 reels wrong because he couldn’t stop talking to everyone about everyone. He looked at me when I asked why we didn’t catch it sooner and said.....well that’s how they want you trained. I’d still be there if training was taking seriously. Total waste of time for me and the company. Thanks disgruntled trainer you really showed them!
