Great, coverage depends on the plan selected. You can receive a discount on insurance rate if you do a blood pannel screening. They also offer dental, life, disability, eye.
The Carmax health benefits are great. I have the top of the line health care option. I was on my way to a heart transplant and also had lung cancer. The coverage was awesome and the deductible was more than fair. I would be in bad shape without Carmax. They even held my job for me for over a year! Great company.
As other have said, it is quite expensive and doesn't cover much compared to other employers I have worked for. A good example is covering only $10 on a $800 bill, this is despite having the top notch. Being someone who has a gut issue, I am put on federal support because Aetna (What they use) does not want to cover it.
Be mindful of what you select and dont believe the hype. They have covered very little in the years I paid them and have always had to be put on federal support to get thr help I need.
Definitely choose the lowest option and work yourself from there if you can.
Expensive! Luckily I had other options. Imagine you are 100% commission. You will stress as you calculate how many cars you have to sell on a flat rate commission in order to make rent, food, etc. Now tack on 120 or more every 2 weeks.
They are freaking expensive. I couldn't afford for me and my spouse. It was 167 dollars every 2 weeks. That's like 30% of my paycheck. I couldn't afford to pay rent and other bills.
Great benefits from day 1 for fulltime, a little costly but great coverage.
I did not partake in the health benefits

Health benefits seem to be about average. Maybe a little high
