I would only promote sales management from top sales reps. It does no good to have a sales manager or G.M. that was hired from an outside company that has never had to support their families on a commission only job. Most of this type of management couldn't sell if they had to, but they watch a few training modules then feel they have enough information to micro manage you to death.

...begin with Unity Meeting with ALL employees to address ALL Employee Concerns; allow for Open Door Policy to meet with any and all employees ONE ON ONE; design THINGS TO GET DONE Check-off List; post List in hallways, restrooms, and lunch/rest areas .. as each concern is achieved, put a check mark alongside specific concern for ALL employees to see ... this will allow for Management Transparency!

I would rotate 1st and 2nd shift . Pay the retail techs. some bonus or incentives above what production techs get. I also would allow new associates to accrue paid time off from day one. I would make sure my MA 3,4,and5 techs get up to date computer based training and hands on training to keep up with new technology.
