Personal vacation planner work like a dog. You have no life. You work everyday and if you don't work 12-14 hours a day management will get rid of you. During their busy months January till April they stand at the door at 8pm to see who leaves to go home. Then the next day in the morning meeting that scream about the people who went home at 8pm. The work day is 1050 to 8pm. It's a lie you better not leave at 8pm. Their coaches have no skills. They have no social skills and very more management skills. They have no leadership training. All they do is scream real loud and where hired best on they look cute and wear short dresses. This is not a job I would recommend. If you don't want a life this is the place for you.
