Long hours and plenty of work. Pay was good but work life/ home life is bad. They do supply you with a very nice van and most of your specialty tools.

People really work hard to help you learn and progress within the company. You team becomes your second family. If your willing to put in the work you will go far.
Technician/Team Leader in Raleigh, NC

This is the best place I have ever worked. I was in the car business for years and was always treated like a number. I moved to this company 8 years ago and have never looked back. I like a challenge and there is always plenty to do. If you're willing to work hard there is opportunity to move up. They also started a new development program that really helps you grow through the year. Also the only place where I had a formal opportunity to get a raise every year.
Internal Support in Charlotte, NC
on March 22, 2021
Carolina Handling truly puts its Associates first. From on-boarding with the HR team to training with my manager I have enjoyed all facets of the company. In other companies the internal folks are siloed away from the external sales and service associates however everyone at Carolina Handling is working towards a common goal of helping the customer. The role itself drew me to Carolina Handling, but the culture is what has made me want to have a 20+ years career with them. HR is the department you can turn to when you need help with something and the management staff is always there to listen to improvements that you think should be made. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
Coordinator in Charlotte, NC

I love working for Carolina Handling because I feel like I am part of a big family. I have a team that supports me and a manager that is not afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty.
