A typical day was only in the beginning and ending of each day. The in between could be anything. I learned to manage time wisely and work smart....often under high-pressure. My co-workers consisted of an Administrative Team of six people overseeing 20-30 people in the daily operations. The hardest part of the job was not necessarily "hard" but there could be difficult situations with patients, parents and some employees but they were met with grace and professionalism. The most enjoyable part of the job was the satisfaction of knowing you completed assignments, respectfully attended to the needs of the team and doctors and the patients were taken care of.
