Too many Harmonal inexperienced Managers/Supervisors, Co workers didn't complete work and moved up. Tired of inexperienced Supervisor high school demeanor, favoritism, very immature
No advancement. Pay is anything but competitive unless you are a RN. Upper management is a joke. They would rather hire new people instead of switching people from other departments of they apply.
