Horrible place to work. No work life balance took away holidays. Claim they are on your team when they are hardly ever there on weekends. Bottom line is GREED!!!!!! Never worked any place that they took away your holiday.

On the local level it is enjoyable and if given the operational freedom to run the facilities based on our setup and work force profits would be through the roof. Corporate has their way of doing things. Basically cherry picking the TPS.

As others have said, it used to be a good place to work. Worked there for 5.5 years.
The new CEO and leadership has an overbearing, omniscient, dictatorship style of management. I was in a meeting where the CEO himself said, we have our ways of running the company. We have our methods and expectations. If your ideas are different than ours, we don't need you here. They were right. My ideas are different. That is a terrible way to manage/run a company. I promptly found a new job.

Unfocused, driven by the crisis of the moment. IT is managed by a team that does not understand our systems or our business. Management disregards management responsibilities, and believes they can design systems, which has thusfar proven untrue, yet they continue.
