A typical day at CARQUEST is busy with answering phones and taking orders. The team I work with for the most part tries to do their best everyday, but the corporate back up is not their. For new managers, little to no training is given and the pay is rather low. Most of my time with carquest was centralized around parts delivery, store maint ,data entry for parts inventory. However customer service came in to play quite frequently when customer would enter the shop and need to be maintained. , accounts receivable for vendor accounts while addressing billing concerns also became one of my many responsiblities.
