Counter Person/Cashier/Driver (Former Employee) – Leesburg, VA – March 9, 2018
Managers were changed to frequently so you didn't know what to expect. A heads up by the district manager would have been nice about changes in management. However I did learn a lot about the parts industry.
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) – Eugene, OR – November 25, 2017
clock in, find out which deliveries need to go out next write them down in the order you deliver them and deliver the parts, If its a cash invoice collect money while you drop off the parts. come back and start over. the Eugene and Springfield and outer areas, Inventory location of the parts in the store, cash handling, making deliveries coming back to the store and starting over. Manager was nice over all but sometimes looked over some thing that should not have been. Nice people to work with kind of a negative attitude at times. Some times the people were the hardest to work with but for the most part it was the traffic. Going to different shops the meeting new people.

Carquest Auto Parts also Known as Advance Auto Parts has changed since Advance Auto Parts purchased Carquest. It's very stressful to work there, people do not last there, you can see about 10 people leaving the same week or month because they are not happy. Managers don't know what they are doing. They treat employees like trash. In short, it's a horrible company to work for
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – November 5, 2017
Before merging with Advance Auto Parts, CarQuest was a great brand to work with. A lot of customers relied on us for their Auto Parts needs. The manager was great. The DM micro managed a lot of our day to day activities. Pay wasn't great
