Not a bad place just can’t get a grip on organization. Bought out by a large corp, 401k taken away, Profit sharing is nice but they try to keep salaries low with the assumption you’ll get a large profit share once a year.

Was Fun

Was fun until they sold the rest of their shares and the new owners changed everything. New system was not user friendly like the old system and they barely trained on it because the trainers were learning themselves!

Decent hours…not horrible work.

Was a lot better when I started. Then another company bought the place. Everything changed. Benefits are mediocre at best now. No 401k anymore. The entire way we did business changed. And not for the better.

An overall good job

Pretty good place to work. Only downsides are organization and cleanliness. It’s a mess here, but if you are a people person and have drive you’ll catch on and be able to move on your own. Not much room for advancement, most of the good positions are held by lifelong employees.

Alot of freedom if you are an average employee. If your a great worker expectations varied. Favoritism is abundant!

I was fired for bejng a concerned employee over safety issues with covid-19. There is no circulation in back of building where most the work is done. Management rarely qore masks but always made a point to myself how masks need to be worn. After my concerns were conveyed to the risk manager/CFO I was bullied, intimidated & terminated for a personal issue of a co-worker that broight her business to my attention as well ad being insubordinate for waiting for my ride after being forced to leave for no apparent reason.

Flexible with personal schedule for some!

Does not care avout emlloyees just profits. Seemingly racially bias as well

Family Company with Growth Opportunities

Have been with the company for over a decade. Started out part-time entry level position and able to move up to full-time mid level position. Have seen company more than double in size. Like all companies, have had changes in staff/management. Excited to see new management innovations to increase efficiency and profitability. Have been trained sufficiently as job has changed/moved up in company. Have felt very supported by managers and appreciated.

Toxic environment in dead-end job

The only rewarding thing is the salary for what you do. but the work environment is brutal, everyone is out for oneself, no job security, no work-life-balance, rare internal promotion. One will age about 10 years over 3-5 and positive personalities deteriorate over time.

Decent place to work

They were a good place to be for the time I was with thiem. I was mostly in the warehouse pulling orders. They did seem to have a credibility among their customers.

Awful sad place hire anybody with pulse run for life I dont know how people work here for their whole life this place is badly managed and coworkers are bad people and very dangerous

Safety Issues

No emphasis on Safety. There's power equipment like order pickers , reach truck and forklifts that aren't checked daily for issues like most companies enforce. There seat belts ,tethers and harness on the equipment had mini rips on them. There palletized racking has a lot of bends and dings from people running into them over time. I've seen guy go 15ft plus up with no safety tether to retrieve orders like bathe tubs and toilets just walking in between racks.

Not a place that cares for workers at all, very unorganized, cluttered, and extremely unsafe working conditions!!!!

A lot of things on organized and very unsafe workers have to do more than they're supposed to to assist the company OSHA needs to go in there and evaluate that place and force them to make a change for the safety of their workers. The pay rate is acceptable if you are desperate, but workers are underpaid

Never gonna be enough

It's never enough. Maneger micro manages you to the point the job is no longer fun.your always on the outside looking in. Bust you're Butt then come back to listen to what you did wrong, and how you could of done better. Return to load and clean bathrooms.mopp floors and take out trash.

Terrible in every aspect of the word

Unprofessionalism throughout the entire building from top to bottom racial slurs threats possible fistfights on a regular basis no respect of colleagues and or coworkers TOXIC ENVIRONMENT EVERYDAY

No Teamwork

Different departments were always battling. No department helps another when trying to achieve the same outcome. Customer service. Employees would walk out of the job and not complete assignments. These employees were allowed to come back to work because the company does not pay a good hourly rate in order to keep "exceptional" employees on the lower level.

Has its good and bad parts.

The company itself was good, good people you work with for the most part, but the owners kids are running it to the ground. Unfortunately office management and floor management do not communicate very wheel. a classic case of the high ups not understanding how life is for those who work for a living. Unfortunately their trucks were mostly in terrible shape.

good company to work for.and would do better next time.

terminated./ due to auto accident. insurance would not cover me any longer. also to slow on deliveries did not working fast enough.but over all if I could do it all over again I would work better and as the company wishes me to do so.

A typical work day involved helping customers answer questions and input orders. Co workers are nice and helpful at times. Their were alot of growing pains when i was there as they were growing at a record pace

Not Safe

Unsafe Conditions... Employees treated poorly... G.O.B. environment... Low pay despite the profits the work done earns... A few good people there... but mired in the system and culture.

A nice place to work

It has a nice atmosphere but mostly all men so you have to be ok with crude men talking and laughing alot. But has a nice spacious area to work in and nice big kitchen area and big table.

Pleasant place to work

Job required to greet customers and answer phones. Management and employees are very nice and helpful. The hardest part of the job is not having enough to do during the day.
